Purchase Terms

NPI Scout leads are verified introductions to providers or practice contacts who have requested information or follow-up related to the stated need.

Each lead is exclusive to one buyer. Once purchased, the lead is marked Sold and removed from circulation.

A lead is not a guaranteed closed client, signed contract, or revenue outcome. The buyer is responsible for contacting the provider promptly, respecting the preferred contact window, and keeping outreach aligned with the need shown on the lead card.

Buyer may use purchased lead information only for direct follow-up related to the stated service need. Buyer may not resell, share, publish, or distribute lead details to any third party.

Buyer agrees not to misrepresent NPI Scout, the provider’s permission, or the nature of the introduction.

All purchases are one-time payments to NPI Scout LLC through secure checkout. No subscription is required.

Because each lead is exclusive and contact details are delivered after purchase, all sales are final unless NPI Scout determines that a material error occurred, such as invalid contact information or duplicate sale of the same lead.
