Information you give us
When you request a market sample or send a message, we collect your name, company, work email, optional phone number, and whatever you write in the form. We use it to reply to you, prepare your sample, and follow up about NPI Scout. We do not sell it.
The data inside the product
NPI Scout contains business information about healthcare practices and providers, drawn from authoritative public sources: practice names, business addresses, business phone numbers, specialties, and registration changes. It contains no patient information and no protected health information.
Website analytics
We use standard server and analytics logs to understand which pages are used. These logs may include IP address, browser type, and referring page.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that host our site, database, and email delivery, and only so they can operate those services for us.
Your choices
Ask us to correct or delete anything you submitted through this website by emailing support@npiscout.com. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
